Use the setlocale command to change
the satask and sainfo command
output to the chosen language on the current .
Syntax
satask setlocale -locale locale_id
Parameters
- -localelocale_id
- Specifies the locale ID.
Description
This
command changes the language in which error messages are displayed
as output from the command-line interface. Subsequently, all error
messages from the command-line tools are generated in the chosen language.
This command is run when you request a change of language (locale)
and is generally run from the web page. Issue the
satask
setlocale command to change the locale setting for the system;
all interface output is changed to the chosen language. For example,
to change the language to Japanese, type the following:
satask setlocale -locale 3
where
3is
the value for Japanese. The following values are supported:- 0 US English (default)
- 1 Simplified Chinese
- 2 Traditional Chinese
- 3 Japanese
- 4 French
- 5 German
- 6 Italian
- 7 Spanish
- 8 Korean
- 9 Portuguese (Brazilian)
- 10 Russian
Note: This command does not change the front panel display panel
settings.
An invocation example (where 3 is
Japanese)
satask setlocale -locale 3
