Use the addhostiogrp command to map I/O groups to an existing host
object.
Syntax
addhostiogrp { -iogrpiogrp_list | -iogrpall } { host_name | host_id }
Parameters
- -iogrp iogrp_list
- (Required if you do not use -iogrpall) Specifies a colon-separated
list of one or more I/O groups that must be mapped to the host. You cannot use this parameter
with the -iogrpall parameter.
- -iogrpall
- (Required if you do not use -iogrp) Specifies that all the I/O groups
must be mapped to the specified host. You cannot use this parameter with the
-iogrp parameter.
- host_id | host_name
- (Required) Specifies the host to which the I/O groups must be mapped, either by ID or by
name.
Description
This command allows you to
map the list of I/O groups to the specified host object.
