Global settings for the EMC VMAX

Global settings apply across the EMC VMAX systems.

You can specify EMC VMAX settings with the set Symmetrix command from the Symmetrix Command Line Interface (SYMCLI). The settings can be viewed by using the symconfigure command from the SYMCLI.

EMC VMAX global settings lists the EMC VMAX global settings that must be set for thesystem.
