Installing the front I/O assembly

The front I/O assembly contains an operator information panel and two cables. If you have removed the front I/O assembly, install a new one before turning on the server.

To install the front I/O assembly, do the following:

1. Carefully push the front I/O assembly into the server as shown until the front I/O assembly clicks into place.

2. Reconnect the USB cable and the operator information panel cable to the connectors on the system board. Make sure the relevant cables pass through the cable clips.
3. Complete the parts replacement. See Completing the parts replacement.
