Puppet is a configuration management tool that can be used
to deploy, configure, manage, and maintain a server. You can use Puppet
for the entire life of a server, starting from bootstrapping a server,
to shredding and giving up a server. You can use Puppet to define
distinct configurations for every host, and to continuously check
and confirm whether the required configuration is in place and is
not altered. If a configuration is altered, Puppet will revert back
to the required configuration on the host.
