The SPident application tests the current patch level of
your system by querying against a specific set of packages and their
versions.
When the SPident command is run, it shows information
about what it found and what it expected. In the following example,
the command query found that SP3 is installed, but it expected SP4.
Even though this result indicates that the system is not up-to-date,
the virtual machine (VM) is error-free.
CONCLUSION: System is NOT up-to-date!
found SLES-9-i386-SP3
expected SLES-9-i386-SP4
