748: The technician port is enabled.

Explanation

The technician port is enabled initially for easy configuration, and then disabled, so that the port can be used for iSCSI connection. When all connectivity to the node fails, the technician port can be reenabled for emergency use but must not remain enabled. This event is to remind you to disable the technician port. While the technician port is enabled, do not connect it to the LAN/SAN.
