Explanation
The pool deletion command was not run because the
system determined that I/O was received within the system defined
protection period. This generally indicates that a volume from that
pool is in use.
User Response
- Make sure that no volumes are in use in the pool. If the wrong
pool was selected, repeat the command with the correct pool.
- Otherwise, if you are sure that you want to unmap this volume,
wait the time that is specified in the vdisk_protection_time field
(see Issystem), and retry the command.
- Alternatively, if you don't want to have volume protection warnings,
then you can disable the vdisk_protection-enabled field by using chsystem.
