Reenable the technician port command

Use this command to re-enable onboard Ethernet port 2 on a Lenovo Storage V3700 V2 or Lenovo Storage V3700 V2 XP system to be used as the technician port. Before you run this command, ensure that this Ethernet port is not connected to the network.

Description

This command enables Ethernet port 2 on a Lenovo Storage V3700 V2 or Lenovo Storage V3700 V2 XP system to be used as the technician port if emergency maintenance is required.

Important: The system does not automatically disable the technician port when service is complete. Enter the following command to disable the technician port. Ethernet port 2 can then be used again to provide extra Ethernet connectivity for system management, iSCSI, or IP replication.
