Logical unit (LU) settings are configurable at the LU level.
LU characteristics can be set by using the set device command from the Symmetrix Command Line Interface (SYMCLI).
EMC Symmetrix and Symmetrix DMX LU settings that are supported by the system lists the options that must be set for each LU that is accessed by the system.
