Attachment requirements for hosts that run Microsoft Hyper-V operating systems

When you attach a host that runs the Microsoft Hyper-V operating system to the system, certain requirements must be met.

The following list identifies the requirements for attaching the system to a host that runs the Microsoft Hyper-V operating system:
  • Ensure that enough Fibre Channel adapters are installed in the server to handle the total logical unit numbers (LUNs) that you want to attach.
