3201: Unable to send to the cloud callhome servers

Explanation

The system cannot connect or send information to the Call Home servers in the cloud. Until a cloud connection can be established, notifications are sent via email if the Call Home email function is configured. The system tests for a cloud connection every 15 minutes.

Ensure that port 443 is open in any firewalls to allow secure HTTP connections to the Call Home servers in the cloud.
  • If you are using DNS, allow outbound traffic over port 443 to esupport.ibm.com.
  • If you are not using DNS, allow outbound traffic over port 443 to the following IP addresses: 129.42.54.189, 129.42.56.189, and 129.42.60.189.
