2320: Cloud account not available, cannot communicate with cloud provider


The local system can make an IP connection to the server, but the server is not replying properly to cloud storage protocol commands. The most likely problem is a configuration error on the local system, such as an IP address that needs updating after the server changed its IP address. The remaining problems are on the server side. This error is most likely to occur with private cloud installations.
