Explanation
Call Home information cannot be sent via cloud services. This error can occur if network issues
exist or if the cloud services are currently unavailable.
User Response
Ensure that port 443 is open in any firewalls to allow secure HTTP connections to the Call Home
servers in the cloud.
- If you are using DNS, allow outbound traffic over port 443 to
esupport.ibm.com.
- If you are not using DNS, allow outbound traffic over port 443 to the following IP addresses:
129.42.54.189, 129.42.56.189, and 129.42.60.189.
