Explanation
If a host is defined in multiple I/O groups, and has access to a volume through all
of those I/O groups, an attempt to remove the host from just one of those I/O groups always fails,
even when the -force parameter is specified.

Before you run the command again, complete one of the following steps:
- Modify the I/O group list so that the list includes all of the I/O groups that provide access to
the volumes for the host. The host mappings are removed when the command runs.
- Modify the I/O group list so that the list excludes I/O groups that contain host mappings.
