Ensure that the correct USB drive that contains the current master encryption key
is inserted. You might need to insert a USB drive that contains a backup copy of the current master
encryption key. Contact IBM Support if you are unable to
resolve the problem.
If a USB flash drive fails, securely discard it and replace it with a new USB
flash drive. Copy the key file from a known good USB flash drive to the new USB flash
drive.
