CMMVC7069E: User authentication failed because one or more LDAP servers report an incorrect user name or password.


The user name and password that you have provided do not match any user name and password on the configured LDAP servers. If the password for the user name has recently changed on the configured LDAP servers, it may be necessary to force the cluster to refresh its authentication cache. To force a refresh, a security administrator can submit the chauthservice -refresh command.

Ensure that the user name and password are correct. Ensure that any recently changed passwords are flushed from the cache of the cluster, and reissue the task.
