Viewing support assistance settings

You can use the management GUI or the command-line interface to view support assistance settings.

Before you begin

You must configure support assistance before you can view support assistance settings.

Using the management GUI

To view support assistance settings, complete the following steps:
  1. In the management GUI, click Settings > Support > Support Assistance. The Support Assistance window is displayed, which shows the support assistance settings.
  2. From the Support Assistance window, you can generate a new token or reconfigure settings.

Using the command-line interface

To view support assistance settings, enter the following command:
lssra
