Use the startemail command to activate
the email and inventory notification function. There are no parameters
for this command.

Description
This
command enables the email event notification service. No emails are
sent to users until the startemail command has
been run and at least one user has been defined to the system.
Note: This command fails if the
chemail
command has not been used to provide adequate configuration details. The following
chemail parameters must be specified:
- reply
- contact
- primary
- location
