Explanation
Either the battery backplane has failed, or the
power or LPC cables connecting the battery backplane to the rest of
the system are not connected properly.

Follow troubleshooting procedures to fix the hardware:
- Check the cables connecting the battery backplane.
- Reseat the power and LPC cables.
- If reseating the cables does not fix the problem, replace the
cables.
- Once the cables are well connected, but the problem persists,
replace the battery backplane.
