CMMVC9284E: The command failed because the pool specified is a data reduction pool that contains offline volumes.

An attempt was made to create a volume in a data reduction pool where one or more volumes are offline. Volumes can be offline for any of the following reasons:

• The data reduction pool is out of capacity.
• The data reduction pool is corrupt.
• The data reduction pool contains corrupt volumes.
• The data reduction pool contains offline MDisks.

Resolve the problem that is causing the volume or volumes to be held offline and retry the command. You might need to complete any of the following tasks:

• Add capacity to the data reduction pool by using the addmdisk command, or use the mkarray command if you use internal drives.
• Repair corrupt volumes.
• Repair a corrupt data reduction pool by using the recovervdisk command.
