Explanation

A volume cannot be configured as a change volume for a remote copy relationship if the cloud snapshot feature is enabled on the volume.

Make sure that you specified the correct volume. If so, disable the cloud snapshot feature on the volume by using the rmcloudaccount command and retry the original command.
