One or more of the nodes that are part of the specified system or I/O group are not in an active state. You must initiate discovery from all of the nodes in the system or in the specified I/O group.
Check the node status by using the management GUI or the lsnode or lsnodecanister command, and ensure that all nodes are online before you restart discovery.
