The cluster is configured to use an authentication service to control which users are authorized to access the cluster. A timeout has occurred while the cluster was attempting to contact the authentication service. This timeout is probably the result of a TCP/IP network problem or of an incorrect configuration. Configuring the incorrect IP address or protocol in the authentication service URL causes this error. The protocol can be either http or https.
Ensure that the cluster authentication service configuration is correct. Ensure that the Ethernet network between the cluster and the authentication service is functioning properly. Ensure that the authentication service is functioning properly. Resubmit the task.
