The flash drive has detected faults that indicate that the drive is likely to fail soon. The drive should be replaced. The cluster event log will identify a drive ID for the flash drive that caused the error.
In the management GUI, click to run the recommended action for this error. If this does not resolve the issue, contact your next level of support.
