If the volume is the source or target of a FlashCopy mapping, the FlashCopy mapping must be in the idle_copied state or the stopped state when you change the cache mode of the volume.
Either remove or stop the FlashCopy mapping and wait for the FlashCopy mapping state to become idle_copied or stopped, and resubmit the command.
