A particular volume cannot be both the source of one FlashCopy mapping and the target of another FlashCopy mapping in the same consistency group. The FlashCopy mapping was not created because the target volume of the FlashCopy mapping that you attempted to create is already the source volume of a FlashCopy mapping in the consistency group that you specified.
Resubmit the command and specify a different consistency group.
