Explanation
The master key that is associated with the cloud data does not match the cluster master key that
was used when the cluster cloud account was created. Cloud backup services remain unavailable until
this alert is fixed.
The error code is associated with the following alert event:
087018 Cloud account not available, cloud object storage encrypted with the wrong key
User Response
Compete the following steps:
- Make the correct master key available in one of the following ways:
- Insert a USB drive that contains the key
- Ensure that the system is attached to a Network Key Server that contains the key.
- Run the testcloudaccount command. If the command completes with good status,
mark the error as fixed.
- If the command does not complete with good status, contact your service support
representative.
