An attempt was made to create a FlashCopy mapping with a HyperSwap® volume as a target. HyperSwap® volumes cannot be used as targets for FlashCopy mappings. This rule applies to both the master and auxiliary volumes of the active-active relationship.
If you must use FlashCopy to create a point-in-time copy of a volume onto a HyperSwap® volume, that target HyperSwap volume must be reconfigured as a regular volume until the FlashCopy process completes. Use the management GUI or the rmvolumecopy command to delete one copy of the target HyperSwap® volume before you create the FlashCopy mapping.
