The chdrive -use specifies a drive for use within a system. However, the enclosure of the specified drive is not managed and is either cabled incorrectly or has incurred a hardware problem on the SAS network. More drives and enclosures cannot be added to the enclosure of the specified drive until the network problem is resolved.
Check the event log, resolve all unfixed errors, and resubmit the command.
