Explanation

User Response
Try the following actions:
- Check that the host name looks correct.
- Try to ping the host by entering svctask ping
host_name.
- Verify that DNS is working by entering sainfo host www.example.com.
- Verify the host name by entering sainfo host
host_name. If the system is able to resolve this host name, the issue
is now resolved. Manually mark the alert as fixed.
- If the system cannot resolve the host name, contact your service support representative.
