An attempt was made to create the primary ISKLM key server object without specifying the -primary flag. The first key server that you create of the ISKLM type must have the -primary flag set. In other words, you must create your primary key server first. Subsequent key server objects cannot be created with the -primary flag. The primary ISKLM key server can be changed later by using the chkeyserver command.
Specify the -primary flag when you retry the command.
