You have attempted to add a node to a cluster or rename a node that is already in the cluster. The new name that you have requested for the node is not valid because one of the nodes in the cluster has been configured with the requested new name as its failover name.
Either resubmit the command specifying a different node name, or modify the configuration of the node in the cluster to change its matching failover name to a different failover name.
