Explanation
The volume was not deleted for one of the following reasons:
- It is mapped to a host
- It is part of a FlashCopy mapping
- It is in a remote copy relationship
- A cloud snapshot operation is in progress
- A restore operation is in progress

Make sure that you specified the correct volume. If so, take one or more of the following actions:
- If the volume is mapped to a host, remove the host mapping.
- If the volume is part of a FlashCopy mapping, remove the mapping.
- If the volume is in a remote copy relationship, remove it from the relationship.
- If a cloud snapshot or restore operation is in progress, either wait for the operation to finish
or cancel the operation.
When the volume is available for deletion, retry the delete command.
