Complete the following steps:
- Check IMM/chassis event log. This event should immediately precede 0068002 error. Resolve that event or any other battery related errors.
- Use F1 Setup to reset date and time. If problem returns after a system reset, replace CMOS battery.
- If problem persists then check IBM support site for an applicable service bulletin or firmware update that applies to this error.
- (Trained service technician only) Replace the system board.
