The OpenVMS host is unable to access the volumes under certain circumstances.
An update is required for versions of Lenovo Storage V7000 before 6.2.0.3 in order for volumes to be recognized under OpenVMS.
If your system is operating at version 6.2 or later, make sure that you are running the latest version.
If your system is operating at version 6.1, you can update to a version where you can identify your OpenVMS hosts as host type openvms, and then update to version 6.2.0.3.
