Some advanced functions of the EMC CLARiiON are not supported by the Lenovo Storage V7000.
Advanced copy functions for EMC CLARiiON, for example, SnapView, MirrorView and SANcopy, are not supported for disks that are managed by the Lenovo Storage V7000 because the copy function does not extend to the Lenovo Storage V7000 cache.
MetaLUN allows a logical unit (LU) to be expanded using LUs in other RAID groups. The Lenovo Storage V7000 only supports MetaLUN for the migration of image mode volumes.
