Concurrent maintenance is the capability to complete I/O operations on an IBM XIV Storage System models while simultaneously completing maintenance operations on the system.
Some maintenance operations might require a complete restart of the IBM XIV Storage System systems. However, such procedures are not supported when the IBM XIV Storage System is attached to the the system.
