lscloudcallhome

Use the lscloudcallhome command to view the status of the Call Home information that is sent to a server in the Cloud.

Syntax

lscloudcallhome

Parameters

No parameters are available for this command.

Description

This command displays the status of Call Home information that is sent directly to a server in the Cloud. This table shows the possible output:

Attribute Description
status Displays the status of the Cloud Call Home function. The possible values are unsupported, disabled, or enabled.
connection Displays the connection state to the server. The possible values are:
  • active - A good connection exists to the servers in the Cloud.
  • error - A connection error exists. The error value that is displayed in the error_sequence_number field details the event log number that contains further information about the connection error.
  • untried - A value of untried occurs directly after enabling cloud call home when the system is waiting for the results of a connection test.
error_sequence_number Indicates the error sequence number that describes the cause of the connection error.
last_success Displays the date and time of the last successful message that was sent. The format is YYMMDDhhmmss.
last_failure Displays the date and time of the last message failure. The format is YYMMDDhhmmss.
