Volumes that are part of a Metro Mirror or Global Mirror relationship cannot be expanded or shrunk if they are mirrored with at least one copy that is fully allocated.
Delete either copy of the mirrored volume, leaving a fully allocated or thin-provisioned copy that is not mirrored. Then, retry the task.
