Explanation
Encryption is enabled. An attempt was made to add a node that is not
encryption-capable while storage pools were being encrypted that include SAN MDisks that are not
self-encrypting.

Acquire an encryption capable node, or remove all non-self-encrypting SAN MDisks
from all encrypting storage pools.
