An attempt was made to back up a volume group where at least one volume in the group does not have the cloud snapshot function enabled. A new cloud snapshot can be created only when the cloud backup function is enabled for all the volume group members.
Enable the cloud snapshot function for all the volumes in the group and try again. Use the following command to enable cloud snapshots for a volume:
chvdisk -backup cloud -enable -account accountvolume
