Partnership creation failed because the specified remote cluster ID is not valid.
In case of CLI mkfcpartnership, the adminstrator should run CLI lspartnershipcandidate to check correct cluster id/name. In case of CLI mkippartnership, the adminstrator only specifies the IP address and clusterid is discovered. If this error occurs for mkippartnership, contact support.
