This error occurs when the actual_node_sn values displayed by the sainfo lsbootdrive command do not match.
The actual_node_sn values for both boot drives must match the canister serial number of the replaced canister. The serial number can be read from the sticker at the rear of the canister. Shut down the node, locate and install the missing boot drives, restart the node, and then run the command again.
