Explanation
A volume must have at least one I/O group in an access set. All of the I/O groups cannot be
removed from a volume access set.

Before you run the command again, complete one of the following steps:
- Modify the I/O group list so that the list does not include all of the I/O groups that provide
access to the volume.
- Add I/O groups to the access set.
