The T4 recovery script checks that the current Gemalto SafeNet KeySecure user name and password settings match the settings in the backup file. This error is displayed when the settings do not match, and must be configured before the recovery process can continue.
Confirm that the correct configuration backup file is being used. Configure the KeySecure user name and password settings, and then continue by running the svcconfig restore -prepare command.
