All nodes in the I/O group must be online when you enter the chiogrp command. This error indicates that at least one node is not currently online.
Check the status of the nodes by using the lsnodecanister command for enclosure-based systems or the lsnode command for appliance-based systems. If any node in the specified I/O group is not currently online, follow maintenance procedures for that node. When all nodes are online, repeat the command.
