The error is probably the result of an incorrect configuration, either of the cluster or of the authentication service. This error occurs if the SSL certificate, user name or password is incorrect.
Ensure that the authentication service is functioning properly. Ensure that the cluster authentication service configuration is correct. Resubmit the task.
