Explanation
When you specify a copy for this command, the copy
must be synchronized unless you also specify the -force parameter.

Perform one of the following actions:
- Use the lsvdisksyncprogress command to view
the synchronization status. Wait for the copy to synchronize. If you
want the synchronization process to complete more quickly, increase
the rate by submitting a chvdisk command. When
the copy is synchronized, resubmit the command that caused this error.
- Resubmit the command and specify the -force parameter.
Note: When you specify the -force parameter with the command
that caused this error, the created volume is no longer guaranteed
to have identical data to the original volume when the split is performed.
