Concurrent maintenance is the capability to complete I/O operations on an IBMXIV Storage System models while simultaneously completing maintenance operations on the system.
Some maintenance operations might require a complete restart of the IBMXIV Storage System systems. However, such procedures are not supported when the IBMXIV Storage System is attached to the the system.
